If you received a district issued chromebook or laptop for our digital learning platform there are some important things you need make note of:

1. The devices are on loan from the district and will need to be returned at the conclusion of the digital learning platform. Missing or damaged devices will result in a financial obligation being owed by the student.

2. Parents contact the service desk at 561-242-4100 for any technology questions or issues

3. If the service desk cannot resolve your issue over the phone, the service desk will push the eSupport ticket to Westward's tech support person's local queue (Mr. Navarro).

4. Students and parents also have the ability to fill out a form that will be assigned to the ITSA (Mr. Navarro) local queue as well. http://l.sdpbc.net/nzdqh

5. If a physical device replacement is needed (verified by the service desk), Mr. Navarro will arrange a time to meet with the parent at school until Friday.

6. Questions about google classroom or other apps, password reset, or other questions about using the device (not technical issues) can be answered by teachers or by Mr. Navarro via email ([email protected])

7. Follow the instructions you were provided with on the back of the Internet Essential flyer by Comcast, and use this link for resources: https://www.palmbeachschools.org/students_parents/digital_learning
